Welcome to LisaHsieh.com online store. Please read the entire page before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to all the following terms and conditions.
Our online shopping site is fully secured by SSL (256-bit encryption). A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. A second email will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out. You may receive a call from LisaHsieh.com to confirm your order. All orders received from Monday through Friday will be shipped out 1-5 business days. (Exception applies to the National Holidays and the special circumstances)
We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Cancellation of order or refused packages: The cancellation on orders which are packed to ship or shipped will incur 15% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the package is refused by customer).
Prices and Availability
Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change the finish/look of any item shown our website, if any technical issue involved. Please note that the color, size, and look shown on the products may slightly vary from the image shown on our website.

We offer discounts on all orders of $150 and over. At the checkout discounts and free shipping apply to each individual order automatically. Please look for special discount coupons in our Newsletter. Note that the amount listed above does not include shipping charge and applicable tax.
*If a volume discount coupon is used, please note that no free shipping applies and we would adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if return occurs that bring the order total below the original qualifying discount amount. The discount amount adjustment will be deducted from any refund that is given.
We offer discounts on all orders $150 and up regardless account type. Discounts apply to each individual order and will be reflected in the total automatically at checkout.

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout Payments, Cashier Check/Money Order, and Wire Transfer.
Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.
We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS Insured Mail on orders totaling $50 or more, shipped within the United States and for expedited delivery options, we also offer USPS/ FedEx. Please note that all orders ship mostly within 1-5 business days after you place your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. For international orders, USPS Global Express Mail or FedEx International is the primary delivery service.
No sales tax is added except for orders shipped to California addresses. Current sales tax will be added to all CA orders as we are required by law to charge applicable sales tax for items shipped within the state of California.
Return & Exchange Policy
We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines. If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns & Exchange page to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, again visit our Returns & Exchange page to return the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like to purchase. All returns should be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please visit our Returns/Exchange to request RMA. Unless an RMA number is requested within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise, no credit will be issued under any circumstances. We will issue a credit for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge is not covered under this policy. Upon receiving your return or exchange we will examine the items to make sure they are in their original condition. The credit will not be issued to the return/exchange items without the original packaging materials if they are discarded. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. If returned (partial return or entire order) item qualified free shipping brings the total to $50 or less the actual shipping charge will be deducted from refund amount. All sales are final on promotional and sales items (including specials). The return/exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The USPS / FedEx shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with USPS / FedEx. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through USPS / FedEx. Please refer to section Shipping Method for further information.
